Responsibilities

  • Retain current customers, improve current customer relationships, obtain referrals form current customers, and grow sales volume and profitability with current customers.
  • Perform regular and accurate reporting to support sales planning and analysis activities.
  • Prepare written quotations and negotiations.
  • Record successful processes and procedures required to carry out all functions.
  • Perform deliveries to support the customer relationship regularly, including managing and replenishing consignments.
  • Expand sales by obtaining and developing new customers within an assigned territory or market; generates leads continually.
  • Demonstrate excellence consistently and contribute to process improvements.
  • Pursue and maintain preferred vendor status with clients.
  • Create and maintain promoters (raving fans) of clients.
  • Continually contact existing clients via, phone, email, and face to face to build and maintain a positive relationship between the customer and the Company.
  • Maintain relations with key personnel (decision maker, AR person, key sales persons for customer), and any customer staff interfaced with.
  • Present a service-oriented and friendly attitude.
  • Obtain referrals from customers.
  • Generate leads, qualify leads, convert leads to prospects, convert prospects to customers, convert customers to promoters.
  • Track regular sales patterns of customers and analyze data for changes in buying habits and opportunities to grow sales.
  • Be aware of customer business changes.
  • Guard customers, know their buying habits, and anticipate their needs.
  • Educate customers on products that service their needs.
  • Identify helpful opportunities for customers through expanding the use of Company products and services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions.
  • Record daily activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and relationships.
  • Compile accurate reports.
  • Ensure the timely collection of payment for all orders.
  • Coordinate daily with supervisor to achieve targeted sales objectives.
