About The Position

Join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Customer Experience Lead and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are Southwind, the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group, built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. As a Customer Experience Lead, you will bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job, creating WOW moments through outstanding customer service, leading pricing conversations, closing on-site sales, and delivering clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, and drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided).
