About The Position

Join our 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Phoenix team as a Customer Experience Lead where you’ll have fun while making a difference in the lives of our customers every day! We are the world's largest junk removal company! Southwind, owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction and we're expanding across 50+ US locations. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing, and dynamic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, and drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided). Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

• DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles. We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
• Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.
