About The Position

This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. The Customer Experience Lead will also support front-of-house operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest checkout experience, communicate critical information clearly and effectively, and provide timely and accurate updates to leadership. Adherence to departmental safety protocols and identification, reporting, and escalation of safety concerns are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 2 years of related supervisory experience
  • 5+ years of customer service experience
