About The Position

Southwind, owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? is committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction and we're expanding across 50+ US locations. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing, and dynamic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. You will create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided), and represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.

- DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
