About The Position
Join our Field Sales & Service Team as a Customer Experience Lead and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We are the world's largest junk removal company, and Southwind, owners of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction. We are expanding across 50+ US locations and are hiring ambitious, outgoing, and dynamic individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. This is an active, hands-on job where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to be active, talk to people, advance, and build new skills.

- DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles. (We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.)
Responsibilities
- Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
- Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
- Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
- Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)
- Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs
- Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance
