Position Come join WCF Insurance as a Customer Experience Intern for an educational, hands on approach to learning how customer interactions, service processes, and cross functional collaboration impact the overall customer journey. This is a full time (40 hours per week), temporary position working out of WCF's Sandy, Utah headquarters. After the internship, there may be an opportunity for part time work while attending school, with full benefits.

Requirements

  • Interest in customer experience, service operations, or business processes.
  • Completed three to four years of higher education.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Shadowing Customer Service and related teams to observe customer interactions across calls, emails, and workflows.
  • Assisting with documentation and updates to customer facing and internal resources.
  • Identifying recurring customer questions, pain points, and opportunities to improve clarity or efficiency.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives and peer to peer knowledge sharing.
  • Preparing and delivering a brief peer to peer presentation or training based on internship learnings.
