VelocityEHS is seeking Co-op/Intern students for a Customer Experience (CX Intern) role. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates in the United States or Canada, with a potential hybrid option in Oakville, ON. The intern will collaborate with Services, Success, and Support teams, focusing on streamlining processes, executing deliverables, and fostering collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a critical mindset for problem-solving, excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to a collaborative team environment. This role offers the chance to work on a solution that improves workers' lives in EHS and Sustainability domains, with guidance from a mentor, manager, and fellow interns. The internship includes extensive onboarding, cross-functional exposure, and opportunities to manage projects with varying timelines or work on recurring projects requiring updates, enhancements, or maintenance. Regular check-ins with a mentor, goal setting, and interactions with program leads and stakeholders are expected.
