Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent with 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bilingual Fluency Canadian French + English

Nice To Haves

  • Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Cisco hardware (Catalyst, ISR/ASR), and network virtualization.
  • Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and REST APIs to streamline network operations.
  • Experience with SD-Access, security integration, and model-driven telemetry.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to manage ambiguous situations and build lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Solve technical challenges and lead delivery projects from start to finish.
  • Create design plans, write scripts for automation, and build simulations to test system compatibility.
  • Share knowledge, mentor team members, and provide consulting recommendations to help clients navigate their own technology transitions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for technical resolution, ensuring that complex problems are addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Standardize methods to improve future delivery across the practice.
