About The Position

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a Financial Concierge for walk-in customers. You retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. You process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and provide exemplary customer service. The role is based in an office branch environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role; alternatively, a bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Understand and educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
