The Customer Experience Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, retrieving shopping carts, assisting customers with groceries, maintaining cleanliness of the premises, and supporting cashiers. This role also involves general clean-up, restroom and break room maintenance, and ensuring the sales floor is free of hazards. The attendant must remain alert to safety issues and cooperate with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations and continuous job performance improvement. May operate cleaning equipment and clear sidewalks of snow and ice. Notifies management of needed repairs, unsafe conditions, or supply needs.
