The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently. This role involves operating scanning equipment and cash registers, bagging merchandise, collecting payments, and maintaining cash drawer accuracy. The associate will also follow company policies, store and legal guidelines, and maintain knowledge of weekly ads and promotions. Additionally, the role includes maintaining sanitation standards in the department, cooperating with co-workers, and utilizing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The associate may also be asked to assist in other departments.
