About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time Customer Experience Associate (Precious Metals Analyst) to join our growing team at our Surrey location (829 Bloor St. W, Toronto, ON, M6G 1M1). This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the face of our business—guiding customers through the process of buying or selling gold, silver, and other valuables. Don’t worry if you’re new to the industry—we provide full training to give you the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

Requirements

  • A passion for customer service and helping people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and solid problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort with basic math and computer systems
  • A motivated, eager-to-learn mindset with a desire to grow
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding in-person and phone-based customer service
  • Evaluate jewelry and precious metals using our tools and training
  • Educate customers and provide transparent, accurate information
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized store environment
  • Support day-to-day operations and contribute to team success
