The Customer Experience Associate I role is part of the Customer Experience team in Fullerton, CA. This is a non-exempt, hourly position eligible for overtime pay, and it requires on-site work at their Fullerton location.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to accept and adjust accordingly to constructive feedback.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Great communicator.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions.
• Route concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues in line with company standards.
• Meet department averages for performance metrics, including PRP, QA, CSAT, and time logged in queues.
• Perform all other assigned duties.
