About The Position

Regal Brands has an opportunity available for a Customer Experience Specialist! This position has an anticipated hiring range of $21.00 per hour and is eligible for our full Benefits Package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The Workweek for this position is Full-Time, (40 hours per week) Monday – Friday, from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. This position will work on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco. Being a Customer Experience Specialist at Regal Brands offers a blend of professional advantages. Additionally, this role will provide training to with technology to support customer needs, expanding your digital skillset.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and excels in negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to effectively manage customer expectations and build loyal customer relationships.
• Willingness to learn our product line.
• Ability to understand and educate customers on products.
• Strong computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using an ERP System.
• Ability to multitask and handle several conversations at once.

Nice To Haves

• An interest in home renovation, interior design and architecture is a huge plus!
• Home Improvement/Interior Design experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Answering customer questions both online and over the phone.
• Taking and entering orders, assisting quality assurance team with specialized orders.
• Problem remediation and customer support.
• Ensure customer orders, returns, and warranty Issues are entered with accuracy and thorough, providing timely follow-up.
