RunBuggy is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (CEA) I to support its customers. This position is responsible for providing excellent service via phone, video calls, and written communication (email and text). The CEA will interact directly with customers to answer questions, solve problems, provide education, and uphold the company's reputation for high-quality service. This role requires employees to be in the office 5 days a week in Tempe, AZ, and to work either Tuesdays through Saturdays or Sundays through Thursdays.
