  • Mastering our dealership database is crucial for effectively managing customer interactions, tracking appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Strong organizational skills are essential as you will be responsible for keeping a detailed log of appointments, ensuring seamless communication with management and co-workers.
  • Listening abilities to respond thoughtfully to customer inquiries, fostering a genuine connection and trust.
  • A passion for working with people is fundamental, as you will engage with customers throughout their buying cycle via phone, email, and online chats.
  • Proactive in scheduling appointments and assigning them to the appropriate sales staff.
  • Knowledgeable about current inventory and promotions will further enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all incoming internet inquiries and online chats.
  • Provide continuous follow-up via phone and email throughout the customer's buying cycle.
  • Set sales appointments for customers and assign to appropriate sales staff.
  • Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management.
  • Utilize dealership database for all customer contact, appointments, tracking and notes.
  • Convey general information regarding current inventory or specials.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues via various communication channels, ensuring that each interaction is rooted in empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to develop innovative solutions and share customer feedback to help improve our services.
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance problem-solving skills and deepen understanding of products.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and reporting to track interactions and identify trends.
  • Contributing to creating an environment of excellence and safety, representing the core values of Fox Marquette in every customer engagement.
