This role focuses on delivering friendly customer service in a retail store environment. Key responsibilities include assisting customers with shopping, locating products, and providing solutions. The position also involves ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience, handling cash transactions, and promoting the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards. Additionally, the role supports Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Team members participate in truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, and maintenance to ensure the store is well-merchandised and stocked. The role also supports shrink and safety programs and adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs. Interaction with others should be accepting and respectful, maintaining a positive attitude even in difficult situations, and promoting the organization's vision and values. This position may also involve cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production.
