Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of 3 Men Movers by answering calls, greeting visitors, and helping customers with confidence and care
  • Support customers, crews, contractors, and internal teams with professionalism and urgency
  • Keep the front desk and office clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly
  • Open and close the facility following company procedures
  • Order, organize, and manage office and operational supplies
  • Assist with reports, filing, documentation, and day-to-day administrative support
  • Perform inventory checks and support operational organization
  • Help coordinate fun events and appreciation efforts for drivers and office staff
  • Adapt quickly, solve problems on the fly, and jump in wherever needed
