About The Position

Tacori is seeking a Customer Excellence Representative to join their team. This role focuses on following up on quotes, nurturing relationships with retail partners, and providing exceptional, luxury-level customer service. The representative will be the primary point of contact for retail partners nationwide, transforming jewelry aspirations into cherished memories through quotes, custom orders, and engaging conversations. Experience in luxury customer service, VIP client services, concierge, reservations, hospitality, or high-end retail is highly valued. Product training will be provided.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in sales and customer service.
Experience in luxury, hospitality, concierge, VIP services, reservations, or high-end retail backgrounds.
A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to colleagues and clients.
Proficiency in math, with the ability to create custom quotes.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership and work independently.
Must be located in North Carolina (NC) or Florida (FL).

Nice To Haves

BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Follow up on quotes and open orders with retail partners to build trust, answer questions, and convert opportunities into sales.
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with retail partners through proactive and personalized communication.
Manage the entire client buying experience, ensuring accurate quotes, efficient order processing, and timely delivery.
Facilitate the creation of custom and bridal designs by collaborating with the design team from initial concept to final product.
Serve as a key resource for retail partners by disseminating product knowledge, campaign information, and sales tools to empower their sales efforts.
Organize point-of-sale materials and event orders to ensure effective product presentation by partners.
Provide support to the sales team with tasks related to returns, inventory management, and general problem-solving.
