About The Position
Stonebriar Auto Services is hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors, also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs, for Jiffy Lube Multicare in Pharr, Texas. The role involves speaking with guests to determine or recommend diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles. Work must be performed safely and efficiently while delivering an outstanding guest service experience and contributing to an energetic, fun working environment. Candidates must be bilingual and have a current, valid driver's license. Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
