About The Position

Customers initiate requests through a partner app, and the specialist's role is to confirm details, ensure selected services meet customer needs, recommend upgrades when beneficial, finalize orders, and maintain CRM documentation. It's a fast-paced, high-activity role with steady daily call volume, emphasizing guiding customers through decisions they've already started, rather than cold calling or high-pressure sales.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable handling high daily call volume and completing tasks quickly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (navigating CRM system, calendars, multiple browser tabs).
  • Reliable and consistent work habits.
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX.

  • Previous sales experience not required.

Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls to customers who have already submitted service requests through the partner app.
  • Confirm customer setup details and move-in timelines.
  • Ensure the services selected fit the customer's home and needs.
  • Recommend upgrades that genuinely improve the customer's setup.
  • Finalize orders and pass them to the processing team.
  • Maintain clean documentation in the CRM.
