About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Enrollment Specialist to support applicants through the enrollment and verification process. In this role, you will meet with individuals in person, explain program details, assist with documentation, and ensure all requirements are completed accurately. This position involves local travel to applicant locations and requires a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
Previous experience in customer service, enrollment, outreach, or administrative roles is helpful—not required
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
Must be able to pass a background check
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team
Compassionate, professional, and committed to supporting applicants throughout the process

Responsibilities

Travel to various locations to assist applicants with completing enrollment forms and required documentation
Clearly explain program guidelines, eligibility criteria, and next steps to applicants
Verify applicant eligibility and ensure full compliance with program regulations
Maintain accurate and organized records; process applications in a timely manner
Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure applicants have a positive experience
Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive personal information
Stay current with program updates, documentation standards, and eligibility requirements
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve enrollment workflows
