Customer Engagement Officer role: The Customer Engagement Officer works efficiently and effectively to optimise services for new and current clients and supports therapy and allied health assistant team members with diary management and administration tasks. The Customer Engagement Officer will report directly to the Customer Engagement Team Manager. The position is available full-time with a hybrid work structure of 1 day minimum in the office (in Deer Park) and 4 days working from home per week. The successful applicant must be in our Deer Park clinic every Tuesday for a dedicated Customer Engagement Team working day. The pay rate is based on the Health and Support Services Award 2020, Support services level 7 at $31.18/hr ($61,623.90pa).
