As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team and help us drive superior customer satisfaction. Rosina Food Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to delivering a best-in-class customer experience by proactively managing orders, supporting key customer accounts, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Operations. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with ERP or automated order entry systems preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Food manufacturing or customer account experience is a plus (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order success process for assigned customer accounts from order entry through fulfillment
  • Proactively track orders, identify issues, and engage internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Communicate directly with customers regarding shortages, over/under runs, pricing conflicts, and order updates
  • Participate in customer and regional sales calls and assist with customer visits
  • Coordinate special customer requests, pricing agreements, customer-specific price lists, and contract follow-ups
  • Maintain and manage customer portals (forecasts, product specs, images, contacts, etc.)
  • Support Sales with follow-up on past-due invoices and deductions
  • Track, research, and resolve OS&D claims , ensuring proper documentation
  • Follow up on sample orders and compile feedback
  • Occasionally provide coverage for receptionist and Cash & Carry functions
  • Support international shipping compliance as needed
