Andis Company has a great opportunity for a Customer Enablement Clerk to support our consumers, accounts, and internal teams through responsive service, accurate order processing, and front-desk support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organized, and being a reliable first point of contact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and motivated by delivering a great customer experience.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both spoken and written formats.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on order accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities such as inbox support, front‑desk coverage, and customer transactions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply working knowledge of Andis products, policies, and customer/account support systems.
  • Sound judgment, including knowing when to resolve routine issues independently and when to escalate more complex matters.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and account orders in the Dynamics ERP system.
  • Respond to order-related inbox inquiries and support multiple order channels, escalating issues as needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales and internal teams to resolve order exceptions and keep orders moving.
  • Respond to consumer email inquiries with accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve routine customer issues by clarifying needs, providing solutions within guidelines, and following up as needed.
  • Document interactions in the Dynamics CRM system and escalate complex issues appropriately.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, following sign-in, badge, and safety procedures.
  • Notify appropriate hosts and support front-desk routines.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front-desk environment.
  • Complete routine compliance checks related to copyright, trademark, and Amazon price requirements.
  • Update reports and identify potential compliance concerns.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate internal owners for follow-up.
