About The Position

The ideal candidate for our Customer Demand Analyst position will possess strong skills in the areas of planning/implementing/controlling/reviewing processes, as well as analyzing/integrating/interpreting data. They will also need to be high-level communicators who are proficient at developing relationships, collaborative selling, motivating others, and acting as a liaison.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent job-related experience
  • Previous customer-service experience
  • Customer travel required
  • Fluency in Spanish is required

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations planning on behalf of specific Printpack customers.
  • Responsible for managing items, orders, inventories, and shipment releases to meet customers’ needs while optimizing the use of Printpack's production resources.
  • Process items, orders, and shipment releases accurately and in a timely manner to ensure the customer has exactly the right products at the right time.
  • Serve as the point of contact on daily operational matters between the customer and internal groups.
  • Follow up on both internal and external customer needs and Printpack production requirements.
  • Analyze forecasts to proactively plan production for the customer’s products, ensuring the customer’s demand is consistently met, minimum stocking levels are maintained, and changes are incorporated into production plans.
  • Enter, research, investigate & follow up on customer complaints
  • Develop and maintain reports that support Printpack's sales staff and the external customer, i.e., inventory and order status reports, trial reports, etc.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers in a manner that demonstrates a high level of commitment to excellent customer service in order to facilitate the flow of orders and information.
