We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Customer Data Platform (CDP) Manager to own the day-to-day administration, governance, and activation of our BlueConic CDP. This role will serve as the central connector between Marketing, Analytics, and Technology, ensuring a high-quality, unified customer data foundation that enables segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with BlueConic, including building segments, enabling audience-driven journeys, and governing data structures such as profile properties, consent, and integrations. This individual will also play a critical role in ensuring data reliability and usability across our ecosystem, including Snowflake (data platform) and Tableau (primary reporting layer). This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who can balance technical execution, data governance, and marketing activation strategy.
