Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; a combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3–7 years of experience in contract administration, pricing management, bid management, customer account management, or a related field
  • Experience working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, or project management tools
  • Previous experience supporting cross-functional teams in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or industrial environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the customer bid process from opportunity identification through proposal submission and award management.
  • Manage customer contracts, renewals, pricing schedules, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and administer customer pricing structures and contract-based pricing agreements.
  • Partner with accounting and billing teams to resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies.
  • Support customer accounts by resolving operational, service, billing, and delivery-related concerns.
  • Serve as an escalation resource for complex customer service issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Accounting teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Analyze bid results and contract performance to support future business decisions.
