This role serves as a critical link between the company's internal strategy and the retailer's execution. The Customer & Category Manager will build trust and deepen partnerships with key retailers by providing best-in-class consumer insights, data analysis, and strategic positioning. This role is responsible for informing internal and external strategies to deliver growth and profitability, and for driving customer category growth through a brand-agnostic focus on the category/segments and shopper dynamics. The ideal candidate will be consumer and category obsessed.
