Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Learning about each client's individual needs, priorities, and budget
- Reviewing available insurance and benefit options
- Explaining coverage in clear and straightforward language
- Helping clients determine which options appropriately address their needs
- Completing applications and required electronic documentation
- Providing continued service and answering client questions
- Developing professional, long-term client relationships
- Participating in ongoing training and team development
- Sharing ideas and contributing to a collaborative remote environment
