About The Position

First Service Bank is seeking a Part-Time Customer Care Specialist (Video Teller) to join their dynamic and growing banking environment. The role involves being an ambassador for the bank and providing top-notch customer service. The position is located in Greenbrier, Arkansas. Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of stellar customer service experience in a business-related environment is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and face-to-face).
• Professional appearance.
• Tech-savvy.
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Part-time hours: Mondays through Fridays between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., and Saturdays between 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
• Preferably live within 30 miles of a First Service Bank branch or be willing to relocate.
