This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective customers by identifying financial needs, providing appropriate solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The specialist will identify customer opportunities through meaningful conversations and refer customers to appropriate products, services, and business partners to deepen relationships. They will respond promptly to customer requests and resolve routine customer issues professionally. The role involves conducting proactive customer outreach and follow-up utilizing the bank’s CRM system to strengthen relationships, retain existing business, identify additional opportunities, and support branch growth. Account servicing, customer transactions, and loan documentation are performed accurately while educating customers on available products and services. The specialist will also participate in community events, networking opportunities, and business development activities as assigned. Additionally, this role assists the PBO or Community Office Supervisor in coordinating daily branch operations, managing customer flow, and ensuring efficient workflow, timely completion of operational responsibilities, and exceptional customer experience. They will coordinate daily priorities and staffing assignments, open and close the branch, perform operational approvals and transaction overrides, monitor daily branch operations, and assist in maintaining a professional branch environment. Security responsibilities and adherence to procedures, risk management, and internal controls are also key aspects of this role. The position provides day-to-day direction, guidance, and support to branch professionals, conducts daily meetings to communicate priorities and reinforce goals, and serves as a resource for operational questions. Performs duties as assigned or directed.
