About The Position

This position requires the handling of customer transactions in regards to several areas: 1) Debit Cards, 2) Wire Transfers, 3) Online Banking Support, and 4) Customer Service. Ensure we meet compliance with federal, state, and local banking regulations and procedures. Available to supply customers with help in these areas.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years experience
  • Team player
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to work well with a wide range of people.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong basic computer skills.
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Customer Service Balance Inquiries Transfers Loan Payments Website navigation Internal/External Transfers
