They will also inform customers about company services, memberships, policies, and promotions, and sell memberships and supplies. Additionally, the role involves researching and resolving complaints, making follow-up calls, participating in outbound campaigns, providing general office support, and potentially attending trade shows as a company representative. The goal is to provide high-quality customer care and earn customer praise.
