Collectors is seeking Customer Care Representatives to join their PSA Customer Care team. This role will provide world-class customer care to customers globally, supporting the PSA Vault and eBay teams. The Customer Care Representative will handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns via phone, email, social media, Live Chat, Collectors message boards, and in-person when necessary. The position reports to the Customer Care Manager and is a full-time, onsite role in Plano, TX, requiring 5 days a week in the office.
