About The Position

This is a contract position for a REMOTE Benefits Customer Care Representative. Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience.
Previous call center, healthcare customer service, or contact center experience
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, data entry systems, and other computer applications.
Ability to accurately document customer interactions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries via phone and other communication channels.
Resolve customer concerns related to services, billing, claims, and account information.
Research issues, identify appropriate solutions, and provide accurate follow-up as needed.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and actions taken.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards while delivering customer support.
Meet established productivity, service, and performance metrics.
