About The Position

AO Globe Life is expanding its remote team and is looking for Benefits Representatives who are ready to help working families better understand and access valuable insurance protection. You will work with warm leads, conduct client appointments, explain benefit options, and provide support throughout the insurance decision-making process. If you are organized, coachable, and enjoy meaningful conversations, this could be an excellent next step.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals, families, union members, and association members
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
• Review insurance needs and explain benefit options clearly
• Follow up with clients to ensure questions are answered
• Build trust through professional, timely communication
• Participate in team training and coaching sessions
