About The Position

Jewish Voice Ministries International is seeking a Customer (Partner) Care Representative to serve as a caring and professional point of contact for ministry partners. This role assists partners with donations, product orders, prayer requests, and general inquiries while ensuring every interaction reflects gratitude for their support of the ministry's mission. The ideal candidate will find meaning in work that impacts lives and advances the Gospel, as the ministry is dedicated to proclaiming Yeshua (Jesus) to the Jew first, demonstrating His love through humanitarian outreach, and equipping the Church to stand with Israel and the Jewish people.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
  • Candidates must demonstrate a strong Christian faith and alignment with the mission and values of Jewish Voice Ministries International.

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of customer support or partner care experience preferred
  • Spanish speaking ability a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Assist with donations, product orders, account updates, and prayer requests
  • Research and resolve partner concerns promptly and accurately
  • Document interactions and updates in the ministry database
  • Follow up with partners to ensure questions and issues are fully resolved
  • Encourage and thank partners for their support of the ministry
