As a Customer Care Representative, you will communicate with customers via phone and e-mail. You will enter customer orders, and assist customers with stock checks, pricing requests and general inquiries. You will be using an AS400 based system as well as web-based applications. You will provide assistance to our outside sales team and will work with our supply chain and distribution partners. Your position requires an ability to work in a fast-paced demanding environment with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
