About The Position

In this role, you'll be a primary point of contact for our distributors and consumers, providing exceptional service while assisting with product questions, order processing, and issue resolution. Requirements

2+ years of customer service or related experience.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office.
A dependable, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, which may include criminal history, credit, drug screening, and motor vehicle records.

Nice To Haves

Experience with order entry, invoicing, or credits.
Experience using ERP or CRM systems.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products.
Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
Process customer orders accurately and provide order confirmations.
Prepare invoices and assist with credits, refunds, and deductions.
Answer product and order-related questions while resolving customer concerns.
Document customer interactions, complaints, and adverse event reports.
Maintain accurate customer records within our ERP system.
Partner with teams across the organization to ensure timely and accurate customer support.
Follow established policies, procedures, and food safety and quality requirements.
