About The Position

SynergenX Health is seeking Full-Time Inbound Customer Care Representatives to join their team. This role focuses on weight loss and clinical care, providing meaningful work in a supportive and dynamic environment. The company offers paid training and the opportunity to grow within a company that values both its employees and patients. The role involves answering incoming calls and messages, scheduling patient appointments, handling inquiries and complaints, documenting communications, and providing excellent customer service. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, with two weeks of paid on-site training.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of high-volume call center experience.
  • Experience with CRM or EHR software (minimum one year).
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and good judgment.
  • Must pass a routine criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule patient appointments in the EHR system.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and routing with accuracy and care.
  • Document all communications in the CRM platform.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support administrative tasks as needed.
