About The Position
This position is not eligible for a remote schedule. Customer Care is exactly that; we care about our customers. This is a high-visibility and high-impact role at BankSupplies. You will be the voice of our company and first impression for many customers. Although this is an entry-level position, that is only the beginning of what we have to offer. Many of our leaders have started right where you will because we believe in promoting within. Your time in Customer Care will give you the building blocks needed to move on to other departments, confidently. We are a medium-sized company that is consistently growing. Our goal is to not only increase our presence in the business world, but to increase the opportunities we offer our employees in the process. Responsibilities
- Order processing
- Attracting potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Answering our toll-free phone line and emailing customers/vendors
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
