ASSA ABLOY is looking for a Customer Care Representative for their Grand Canyon Service Center. This is an on-site role based in their Southwest Phoenix facility. The Customer Care Representative will play an integral role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of customers by providing front-line support, follow-up, and assistance with resolutions. This position involves working closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Sales, Production, and Distribution, as well as external liaisons with Suppliers, Distributors, Architects, and Contractors.
