About The Position

Victaulic is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team in Brampton, ON. This role involves supporting customers via phone and email, handling order entry, stock checks, pricing requests, and general inquiries. The representative will also collaborate with the outside sales team, supply chain partners, and distribution teams to ensure a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, enjoys assisting customers, and possesses strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience in customer relations.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multitask.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
A high degree of emotional intelligence and business integrity.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a busy customer service, order management, or inside sales support environment.
Familiarity with AS400/BPCS or similar order entry systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized while managing competing priorities.
A customer-first mindset and willingness to go above and beyond.
University degree or college diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders using web-based systems and BPCS/AS400.
Respond to internal and external customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Expedite and source products to help meet customer requirements.
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with internal departments to support customer needs.
Support outside sales, supply chain, and distribution partners as needed.
