About The Position

The Customer Care Representative provides thoughtful, personalized support to customers through phone, chat, email, and social media channels. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, seasonal remote position with opportunities for overtime and employee discount perks throughout the assignment.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while speaking with customers
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other basic computer applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must reside in TX
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Wired internet connection required
Minimum internet speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Ability to work independently with minimal distractions

High-volume inbound call experience perferred

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
Assist with orders, returns, refunds, shipping questions, and warranty requests
Help customers navigate websites and find products that meet their needs
