About The Position

The Customer Care Representative (Bilingual English/French) is responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Assist clients with order placement, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting. Process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies. This position reports to the Customer Care Leader and is part of the Customer Care Team located in Indianapolis, IN and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Assist clients with order placement, product information, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting and process returns, credits, and exchanges in accordance with company policies Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed, and collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company procedures and provide support to US & Canada-based customers, ensuring clear and effective communication in both English and French

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer-first attitude
