About The Position

The Customer Care Parts Coordinator team member will be a part of the Service department team. This position requires the ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds, use ladders and steps as well as standing / walking 6 hours and sitting for 2 hours throughout the day. This role will be expected to maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse environments; taking and logging parts orders for dealers, homeowners, and contractors; reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull; reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled; packaging and shipping parts to customers within requisite time frame; documenting and processing orders; coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery; filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis; communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations; following up internally and externally until claim is resolved; creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Software including Excel and knowledge of AS400 preferred. Basic construction skills including how to read a tape measure and make accurate cuts using a saw is desired.

Responsibilities
