The Customer Care Parts Coordinator team member will be a part of the Service department team.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
  • Use ladders and steps
  • Standing / walking 6 hours and sitting for 2 hours throughout the day
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Software including Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organization skills
  • Effective communication
  • Ability to cultivate strong cross-departmental relationships
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clean motor vehicle record

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of AS400 preferred
  • Basic construction skills including how to read a tape measure and make accurate cuts using a saw is desired
  • Prior experience reading blueprints in a recent role preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory controls in office and warehouse environments
  • Taking and logging parts orders for dealers, homeowners, and contractors
  • Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull
  • Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled
  • Packaging and shipping parts to customers within requisite time frame
  • Documenting and processing orders
  • Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery
  • Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis
  • Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations
  • Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved
  • Creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience
