About The Position

BrightStar Care of Novi is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Customer Care Manager / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently balance client care, staff scheduling, and daily office support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
  • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear Background check including motor vehicle check and full coverage auto insurance

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main point of contact for client and customer care
  • Assist with service for 4 territories, ability to be flexible with scheduling and travel between locations
  • Coordinate staff schedules and care coverage
  • Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors
  • Assist with new client intake and service inquiries
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff
  • Help monitor employee education and compliance
  • Assist with office procedures, performance goals, and care quality support
  • Participation in on-call rotation for after hours and weekend scheduling/emergency needs (this is compensated in addition to regular salary)
